How It Works
Our off-sites connect teams across 1-3 days, dependant on needs and budget. They are 100% bespoke and designed to nurture key skills and connection, through tailored workshops and time spent in nature.
Each package also includes an optional progress check-up and access to our MERA newsletter and online community.

All our packages deliver a mixture of valuable learnings, and time spent in nature.
We split our off-sites 50/50 between workshops and activities.
Our workshops are led by engaging experts and are always interactive, and our natural segments typically feature activities such as hiking, kayaking, or wild swimming
Meals are included and every segment can flex to suit budget, team size, and physical ability. Teams can also use parts of the off-site to present their own strategies.
